Return Policy

You may return new, unused items purchased at WindyNation.com within 14 days of original delivery--unless otherwise stated. We will reimburse the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the product is returned for any other reason, then you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a re-stocking fee of 30 percent.

Please email us or submit a Return Material Authorization form before returning merchandise. We will credit you within 30 days of receiving the returned item.
