Replacement Golf Cart Battery Cables for EZGO Models

Please note: All battery cables are terminated with 5/16" pure copper tin-coated cable lugs.

Model Option 1: EZGO TXT 36V (Battery + Controller Cables) - 13pcs

Includes 1 pc 9" cable, 5 pcs 12" cables, 3 pcs 24" cables, and 4 pcs 48" cables. These cables will cover the wiring for the battery bank connections and motor/controller connections.

Model Option 2: EZGO TXT 36V (1994 & Up) - 7pcs

Includes 4 pcs 9" cables, 1 pc 12" cable, 1 pc 28" cable, and 1 pc 36" cable. The 28" and 36" cables are the master positive and negative power connections. 

Model Option 3: EZGO TXT 48V (1994 & Up) - 5pcs

Includes 1 pc 9" cable and 4 pcs 18" cables.

Model Option 4: EZGO TXT PDS 36V (2000 & Up) - 10pcs

Includes 5 pcs 9" cables, 1 pc 12" cable, 1 pc 28" cable, 1 pc 36" cable, and 2 pcs 48" cables.

Includes 4 pcs 9" cables and 1 pc 12" cable.

• Manufactured with Made in the USA, ultra-flexible, pure copper, WindyNation PowerFlex Battery Cable. PowerFlex cable is SAE J1127 approved.

• Battery cable is precisely cut and stripped using an automated robotic cable-cutting machine. The tin-coated, pure copper cable lugs are attached using a pneumatic 6-ton crimper with custom crimping dies right here in California, USA.

• Polyolefin heat shrink tubing is applied to each crimped cable lug to form a protective seal around the lug/cable connection interface. Heat shrink tubing is highly resistant to corrosive chemicals commonly found in battery compartments.

• WindyNation only uses marine-grade, tin-coated (battery acid resistant) copper cable lugs. Copper cable lugs that are not tin coated corrode quickly at the cable lug/battery interface in battery environments.
