Shipping policy

Order Processing & Standard Shipping

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will ship the following business day.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday (we are closed on weekends).

 

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (FedEx, UPS, or USPS).

Expedited Shipping

Windy Nation offers Next-Day Air, 2-Day, and 3-Day shipping options on domestic orders.

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST (Mon–Fri) ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST ship the next business day.
  • Expedited orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays (e.g., Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day).
  • Business days exclude Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.
  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a return.

 

U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

  • We ship to P.O. Boxes, U.S. Territories (AK, HI, PR, GU, VI), and APO/FPO/DPO addresses using USPS.
  • Many smaller items ship at no additional cost. If an extra fee applies, it will appear at checkout (non-refundable on returns).

International Shipping

  • Windy Nation ships worldwide, except for restricted destinations due to manufacturer policies.
  • If your order cannot ship internationally, we will notify you via email or phone.
  • We recommend UPS International for reliable delivery. Shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Note: All prices are listed in USD. Please use a currency converter if needed.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes applied to international orders.
  • Windy Nation is not liable for any tariffs, taxes, or additional import charges.

 

Third Party Shipping

Products marked as "Third Party Shipping", are shipped directly from the distributor's warehouse as noted. These products:

  • Do not qualify for guaranteed 2-day shipping
  • May not ship same day
  • May not qualify for free shipping
  • Delivery times vary from 2 to 6 business days

 

Shipping Issues

Failed Deliveries / Returned Packages

  • If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, the customer is responsible for all reshipping costs.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for returned packages.

Service Delays

  • Windy Nation is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, natural disasters, or customs clearance.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not liable for lost/stolen packages once tracking shows "Delivered."
  • If your package is missing, an investigation with the courier must be initiated. In some cases, a police report may be required before resolution.

Damaged Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and product immediately.
  • Save all packaging materials and contact Windy Nation with photos and details for assistance.

Shipping Changes

  • Changes made after shipping (intercepts, address updates, will-call pickup) may incur a $25 carrier fee.

 

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be modified or cancelled prior to shipping.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
