Windy Nation's 2/0 gauge cable lug and heat shrink tubing kits are perfect for making battery/inverter cables, welding cable extensions, wiring trolling motors, and general marine wiring, wiring battery systems in RV’s/ATV’s/golf carts, and battery banks for off-grid solar & wind systems.
- Includes pure copper cable lugs + black & red heavy-duty dual wall adhesive lined heat shrink tubing. Package includes 1.5 inches of heat shrink tubing per cable lug (half black and half red)

Heat shrink tubing shrink ratio is approximately 3 to 1 (shrinks to 1/3 of its original diameter). Heat shrink tubing ratings: Temperature: -55°C to 105°C Voltage: 600V

Pure copper cable lugs are designed to fit solid or stranded cable. Cable can be crimped or soldered to a cable lug.

Cable lug utilizes a closed-end design to keep moisture and other contaminants from entering and degrading or corroding the copper cable. Flared cable lug entry hole allows for the easy insertion of cable.

After an exhaustive search on line, I ordered 2/0 cable in red and black with lugs to go from my busbars to the two inverters on my off-grid solar set-up from Windy-Nation. I was a bit skeptical at first as the price was lower than most of the high quality pure copper cables I had found previously.
The products arrived within a couple of days just prior to Christmas which was a surprise!! The quality of the cable and lugs is so much better than the others I received with the system that I have decided to replace my 4/0 cable from my batteries to the busbar on my set-up.
I will be ordering all of my cables and connections from Windy-Nation from now on as they clearly understand the importance of quality materials for power systems and the price can't be beat....
