I have purchased this dozens of times over the last few years for an RV business, as we are constantly needing quality cable for our solar installations. Good quality stuff.

If you are looking for solar cable that is highly conductive, supple, and easy to route, this may not be the best choice. The strand count on the 10 ga cable is only 10 and only 7 on the 12 ga! This wire is quite stiff with this low strand count. If you are using it for a fixed install it may be OK, but if you are using for an extension cable for a solar suitcase or temporary install where you need to roll up the cable after use, you will be much happier if you look for a high strand count cable. Supple cables have strand counts over 60 (for 10 gauge) and some are as high as 105!. Cable with counts like this are easy to coil up and transport. This one not so much!
