Pure copper tin-coated cable lugs are then attached using a 6-ton pneumatic crimper with custom dies, resulting in an ultra-strong, non-removable crimp. After crimping, polyolefin heat shrink tubing is applied to eliminate the possibility of moisture or chemicals penetrating into the lug/cable interface.

I ordered these battery cables and didn't notice that I screwed up on the lug size until it was too late. I immediately emailed them asking if they could fix the order before making them. When I received shipping confirmation an hour after placing the order, I ordered a second set with the correct lug sizes. Not long after, they called me and informed me that they'd fixed the first order before shipping and asked did I still want the second set? Easy cancelationand refund. They saved me the cost of doubling my order. I received my cables quickly and they look great. Thanks!
